Returns & Exchanges

TRIPP NYC accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain clearance items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all TRIPP NYC tags and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
